now, you come in And you promote these products, for this company, on the internet.

and when someone purchases a product based on your recommendation, this company, pays you a commission for the sale.

Okay, but how do you promote the product? Let’s say you want to promote this product

which is available for purchase online. The first thing you need to do is become an affiliate for the company .

This is a simple process, like creating a new account on facebook. Now Once you do this ,

you will get a unique link called, an affiliate link, which you can use to promote the product.

Now once you promote this link, and if someone buys from it,

You will earn a commission from this company for every sale you make. Okay!

So now you know how affiliate marketing works. But, once you get your affiliate link,

Where exactly do you promote that link? If you share this link on social media platforms

and ask people to buy this product. Not many people are going to buy! because they don’t have a reason to buy this product

and they are not looking for it right now. So You need to first find people

who have a need for this product. And then you need to help them GET what they are Looking for.

So to understand this better, let’s look at a real-life example Now, let’s say you know very well

about how to maintain your hair. And all the hair-care products needed to maintain hair.

Now if you want to help people get what they are looking for 1st you need to find out,

what people are searching for, related to ‘your-chosen-topic’ which is ‘hair care’.

So now if we go to google, And search for ‘best shampoos

you will find the ‘terms’ which people are searching, for related to ‘hair care’ Now once you find this,

just choose ‘1 term’ and, I’m going to choose this.

Now we’ve identified people that have a need for this product which is ‘Best Shampoos for Curly Hair’

Now to reach these people, you need to, create a valuable article, on this topic,

on your website, which will help these users.

So let’s say you create this article. And you list down all the products that are good.

Next you need to sign up for the affiliate program which has the products you recommend & then add those products here.

And then add your affiliate links next to these products Once you write this content

And google finds your content valuable to these searchers, it will show your site to visitors.

And when those visitors go through your affiliate link And purchase the products.

you will make a commission. So this is how affiliate marketing works. And in this video,

we’re going to see how you can build a successful affiliate marketing site, which can make money. So let’s get started.

We’re going to create our affiliate website in 5 parts The first part

is to Pick a topic for your website . Choosing your topic, is very important to be successful in affiliate marketing.

This is because, if you want people to follow your recommendations, and buy the products that you recommend You need to talk about 1particular topic or area.

it can be anything, but it needs to be around 1 specific area. This is important, as it will help you to be seen as the expert

or a knowledgeable person on that topic. And people want to follow an expert, rather than someone who talks about everything.

So Choose a topic which you are most knowledgeable, or which you can easily talk about. to make it easier for you to choose a topic for your website

We can go to part 2 of this tutorial which is to ‘ Launch a website on the internet’ which you can use for affiliate marketing.

Now this is the website, where we are going to add all of our content And also Add our affiliate links to promote the products that we want.

Once you launch your website, your site will be live on the internet and can be accessed by anyone.

And Your website will also have the ability to be found on google, so that people can find and read your content.

Now to launch our website Let go back here And close this

we’re going to do 2 steps The first step is to ‘pick a name for your website’

This will be the Domain name of your website, which people will enter to visit your site.

For example, if you want to visit youtube, you go to youtube.com

And google.com to visit google, So similarly,

to choose your own domain name Just enter the name that you want for your website, here….

Now You can choose any name based on the topic that you’ve selected.

As I have selected my topic as ‘coffee makers ’ I’m going to enter

‘EnableCoffee.com ’ And then click ‘Check Availability’

Now as you can see… this name is available So once you get your name You can go to the next step,

Which is to get this domain name & hosting. So to get this domain name & hosting…,

let’s go here… And click ‘Get Hosting’

And it will take you to this page This is the place, where we’re going to get our domain and hosting.

And as you can see our domain is still available, So to get it Let’s click Add to cart

And then click ‘Continue’ Now here it will ask us to choose our hosting plan.

Now hosting is needed, so that your website is visible on the internet And can be accessed by anyone.

And as you can see here, hosting provides the space, to store your website on the internet.

So based on the number of websites, that you want to build… You can choose a plan here. I want to build 1 website…

so I’m going to choose this plan. Now here you can choose how long you want the hosting for…

You can choose any length here, And as you go longer, you can see that we’re getting a discount.

I am going to select 12 months, And click ‘continue’

Now, here you can see that we’re getting our domain which is enablecoffee.com for free…

And our hosting Now both of these are valid for 1 year, which means

once we complete this purchase, our site will be live on the internet for 1 year, after which you can renew it

to keep your site online for as long as you want. So to get our domain & hosting

Let’s fill up these details

Now here, select your payment method… Enter your details…

and click ‘Order Now’ Okay! So now we’ve successfully placed the order,

and we’ve got our domain & hosting. So now if we click here…

you can see that , we have successfully got our hosting and domain Okay, so once you’ve got your domain & hosting,

your website should now be live on the internet, So to check that , let’s open a new tab.

Now if we type EnableCoffee.com , and press enter, you can see that,

we have a brand new website, on the name which we selected. Now sometimes it might take a few minutes for your site to become active on the internet.

So if you’re not seeing this page, try refreshing it, after 5-10 minutes… & you should see it.

Okay! So now, we have successfully launched our website, on the internet! Once you’ve launched your site…

Next, let’s go to part 3 of this tutorial, which is to change the design of your site.

Now here you can see that, we’ve got a default look for our website, So next,

we’re going to see, how you can change the design of your website & make it look more attractive! like this

So to change the design of this site, we’re going to do 2 steps. The first step is to ‘Login to your website’.

By logging in to your site, you will be able to make any change that you want, to this website.

So to login to your website All you have to do is go here,

And then type, /login after your site’s address Now if you press ‘Enter’

you can see that it takes us to the login page of our website So, to login,

you need to enter the username & password, which you received on your email… So to get the username & password…

Let’s go to our inbox… And here you can see the email from our hosting provider, which has the details of our website.

So if we open it… here you can see… the login details of our website.

So let’s first copy the username… And paste it here.

Now copy the password

and paste It here.

And then click ‘login’… And Now you can see that,

we’ve successfully logged in to our website! And we have now reached… our “wordpress dashboard” Now, this is the place

where you can control your website And make any changes to it. Okay!

So Once you have logged in, we can now go to step 2 of changing the design, Which is to Install a new Theme for your WordPress site.

So to install the theme, let’s go to appearance, and click themes…

Now click ‘add new theme’ And search for a theme called ‘minimal blog’

And you’ll get this theme. Now this is the theme… which we recommend for an affiliate website or blog.

but you can also pick any theme that you like So to install this theme Let’s click ‘install’

And then click ‘activate’ and, as you can see,

this new theme has been installed on our website. So now if we go to our website

and click ‘refresh’ You can see that, we have a new design, for our website

Okay! So now we’ve successfully changed the design of our website! Once you have changed the design…

We can now go to the 3rd part of this tutorial, which is to start adding content to your website.

So to add our 1st piece of content, Let’s Go here

and click ‘post’ And now it will take you to this page,

where you can add your content. Now here, if we start writing about a random topic,

it is likely that people may not be searching for that topic on google. So before we start adding our content,

we need to first find out what people are searching for related to the topic which/that you selected in step 1…

So in this way, once we write about it, it has a better chance of being found on google.

Now as we have already chosen a topic for our site which is ‘coffee makers ’. We need to find out which exact terms are people searching for…

about this topic. So let’s go to the 1st step of creating your content which is to ‘find what people are searching for?’

So to find what exact terms that people are searching for, we’re going to use a ‘keyword finding’ tool.

So to get the tool, let’s go back to this tab…

And then open this step Now here you can see the tools, which you can use, to find the search tearms,

I am going to pick the 1st one. but you can use any tool you want. So let’s click here…

and it will take you to this page Now here, enter the topic, which you chose in the 1st step.

As I have selected ‘coffee maker’… I am going to enter that

and click ‘search’

now, here you can find, all the terms… which people are searching for… related to your topic.

Now select the keywords, which you can easily write about on your website. So I am going to select these keywords…

Okay once we have these keywords, we can now go to the next step,

Which is to find, how many people, are searching for these keywords…

Now before we write content on any topic, it is important to check, the number of searches, that each keyword gets in a month.

So to get the ‘number of searches’ per month, Let’s go back to this tab.

And then open this step.

And here you can see that, we have a few tools, to find the number of searches for our keywords.

So I am going to click the 1st one

And it will take you to this page. Now to get the number of searches for the keywords we selected, Let’s click ‘import keywords’

And then go back to our keyword finding tool.

Now let’s copy these keywords,

And then go back to this tab

And paste it here.

Now if we click ‘Import Keywords”

Here you can see, the number of searches, that each keyword, gets in a year. Now to get the keywords with the highest searches, at the top of this list,

Let’s click here…

And then click search volume, And now…

the keywords with the highest number of searches will be shown at the top! So now you need to select a keyword from here,

which you want to write about. You can also see the competition or the difficulty for ranking for that keyword here.

It is better to choose a keyword which has less competition, to make it easier to rank on google.

So I’m going to select this keyword. And once you have selected your keyword,

you can go to the final step Which is to create a useful piece of content, for this keyword which is best coffee maker for small space

Now in order to create useful content, you need to – think about what the person who searched for this content is looking for?

And Why have they searched for this keyword? So first let’s try to find out,

What is this user’s need? They are looking to buy a coffee maker,

which can be kept in their small space. That is their need… So now once you find their trouble or need,

next, you need to write content on your website, which will provide a solution to their problem

So in this case, As they are looking for coffee makers which will be suitable for small spaces.

if you create a list of small & compact coffee makers on your blog, it will answer their question

And help solve their problem And if they like the product which you recommend, they are likely to buy it.

Now before you start writing the article, it is a good idea to google this keyword

& see what your competitor has written, so that you can improve upon their content

And add additional points that they could have missed. So let’s start writing the content for this keyword

which is ‘best coffee maker for small space’ So to write our content

Let’s go back to our wordpress site

Now here, first we need to enter our title, So I am going to enter,

“The best coffee makers for small spaces” make sure that you enter a title, which has the same keyword that you selected, in it.

Next, let’s write an intro, which tells the user that you have what they are looking for, in this post.

So I’m going to write this intro…

so once you’ve added the intro, Next, to make this post a bit more attractive,

let’s add an image like this So to add an image, Let’s Click ‘set featured image’

then drag and drop your image

And As you can see, our image has been added Now if we click ‘preview’.

you can see, th is is how our this post looks like on our website. Okay! Once you have created the intro for your content

we can now o to part 5 of this tutorial which is to “Add the products that you want to recommend to your post”

Now, to solve the user’s problem, we’re going to list down the coffee makers which we want to recommend on our post.

So to add our products here We’re going to do 4 steps The first step is to ‘choose the products, you want to recommend’

So now if you already know the products you can list them here Or else you can research about the best products, on google or an ecommerce site

And then list them here. Now since amazon has coffee makers and also has an affiliate program,

I am going to search for these products on amazon Let’s open a new tab

and go to amazon.com if you’re from India you can also go to amazon.in

Now here, let’s search for ‘coffee maker’

Now here you can see that we have got a lot of products.

So go through this list… & find the products, which are relevant to your post.

In our case, it is small-sized coffee makers. So I am going to select the products, which will fit this description.

Now you can also click on these products

And you can go through the reviews to see if it is suitable for small spaces.

So after going through these product’s details & its user reviews. we have selected the top 5 products

which we want to recommend on our site. So once you’ve selected your products! let’s go to step 2

which is to “add these products to our blog post” So to add these products to our blog post

Let’s go back to our blog post

And here, let’s add our 1st product! First step let’s enter the product name.

So let’s click here then choose ‘heading’

And then enter the name of the product, which you want to recommend. So I’m going to enter the 1st product, which I selected.

Now to add an image of the product, just drag its image from your computer And then drop it here.

Now here, you can write your opinion about the product and why you’re recommending it.

You can also list down its features.

And in the same way, you can add as many products as you want, to your post.

So I am going to list down all the products which I selected.

Okay! now I have listed all the products on this post, which will solve the need of our users

who are looking for a compact coffee maker. So Now let’s take a look at our site by clicking ‘preview’

Now here You can see that, we have our blog, with all the products that we added.

Once you have added the products to your post Next let’s go to step 3, which is to ‘Apply for the affiliate program’.

Since we have found these products on amazon, I am going to apply for the Amazon’s affiliate program.

so to apply for the affiliate program. let’s go to amazon.

Now to find the affiliate program just scroll down to the bottom And here you’ll see a link called ‘become an affiliate’.

So let’s click ‘become an affiliate’

Then click ‘sign-up And now it will take you to this login page

Now if you already have an amazon account You can log in here. If not, you can create a new account, here.

I am going to create a new account

Now enter these details, And click ‘create account.’

Now fill up these details

click next. And it will take you to this page.

Now here you need to enter your website’s link So let’s go to our website

Then copy this link

and paste it here

Now let’s click ‘Add’ And then click ‘next’

Now here you can enter any id for your account. I am going to enter my website name,

which is enablecoffee. Next, here we need to write a short description about our website.

So I am going to write about my website,

Next, here you need to choose your website category So just click here

and choose the category of your website Since my website is about “coffee makers” I’m going to select this one

Now here you can select the type of products that you will be promoting on your site. I am going to select these items

Now click here and select the type of your website.

I am going to select this Then choose the secondary option

Now I’m going to select ‘blog’ Now here you can select

how you will be getting visitors to your website, I am going to select, email,

Social networks, SEO And Blog…

And once you have done that, let’s move on to this section. Where we need to choose, how our website will generate income.

I am going to choose, “amazon associates is the only way I monetization my site”

Now here select the 1st option.

Once you’ve entered all of these details Let’s click ‘finish’.

So now we have successfully applied for our amazon affiliate program. And as you can see we have got a unique ID for our account.

So once you have created your affiliate account Next, you need to add your bank details,

where you want to receive your payments. So let’s click here,

And depending on your country, it will show different options here, choose the option you want.

I am going to choose this, And here we need to enter our bank details.

So I’m going to enter my details

and click submit & continue So now we have successfully added our bank details

And applied for the amazon affiliate program. So next, let’s go to step 4

which is to “Add OUR AFFILIATE LINKS, to the products, which we have recommended, on our blog So to add the affiliate links to these products,

Let’s go back to our post.

Now to add our affiliate links to these products, 1st going to add a button,… to which we can add our link.

So to add your button, Just go here, to see the plus icon, Then click it

And search for ‘buttons’ And you will get this ‘button’ item. Just click it!

And as you can see, We have now got, a button! So now, let’s give a name for this button,

I’m going to call it, “Buy on Amazon” Now we need to enter the link,

where this button will take people to, when it’s clicked. So to get the link,

let’s go back to amazon. And then go to the same product

which you have added on your website, And now,

since we have applied for the amazon affiliate program, You can see that we have a new menu here.

Now to get the affiliate link, for this product, All you need to do, Is just click here…

And here you will get the affiliate link of this product! Now this link is unique to your account,

Which means when someone purchases this product from this link, you will be paid a commission for that purchase.

Now to add this link, to the button that we created on our website, Let’s copy this link.

And then go to our website.

Now click on the button, click here,

Then paste your link here.

And as you can see, the link has been added to this button. Now to open this link in a new tab,

let’s enable this. And now if we click preview,

You can now see the button below our product! Now if we click it,

You can see that It takes us to Amazon product page through our affiliate link, where our customer can buy this product.

So now we have successfully added the affiliate link of this product to our website. So now, let’s do the same for all the remaining products.

I am going to go to the next product, and then add it’s link.

And do the same for all the other products.

Once you have added your links for all the products, Now to publish this post, on your website…

Just click ‘publish’, And now,

Now to save your changes, Just click ‘update’

and click ‘refresh’ You can see that,

our pros and cons section, have now been added. Now you can repeat the same steps, to add this section,

to all the products that you’ve mentioned in your post. So This is how you can add more value to your content

by adding the pros and cons section to the products that you recommend. Next let’s go to the 2nd bonus part of this tutorial,

where we see how you can add a product comparison table like this, to your blog post.

This table will give your visitor an easy way to see & compare the products which you recommend. So to add a comparison table like this,

First, We need to install a plugin for this, on our WordPress site. So to install the plugin,

let’s go to our dashboard Now go to plugins click ‘add new’

Now search for a plugin called ‘niche table’

And you will get this plugin So Let’s click ‘install’

And click ‘activate’ So now we have successfully installed the plugin

Once you’ve installed the plugin Now to add the table to our post, Let’s go back to our blog post

Then click ‘edit post’ Now go to the place, where you want to add your product table,

let’s say you want to add the table here Just go here… and click the plus symbol

then search for ‘table’ And click ‘table importer’
